60bd Terms & Conditions

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means 60bd's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" means any member registered on the Platform.
• "We" or "Company" means the entity that operates 60bd.
• "Account" means your personal registered profile on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, cashback, or other financial benefits.
• "Wagering" means the amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gaming facilities offered by 60bd, including cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and card games.

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for ease of reading only — they have no legal effect on the interpretation of this document.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use the 60bd platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must reside in an area where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must be of sound mind and using the services of your own free will.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If it is established that a person is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and any pending bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

60bd reserves the right to verify your identity when required. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.

• Attempting to access another person's account is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
• 60bd will never ask for your password by email or chat.

You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account, unless it can be proven that the activity was carried out fraudulently by a third party and that you had taken appropriate precautions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on the 60bd platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Digital wallet of United Commercial Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method). The same minimum limit applies to every payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though larger amounts may require additional verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed

60bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

60bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳13,000

The first deposit bonus can only be claimed once and does not apply to multiple accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

Note the following regarding wagering calculations:

• All slots and casino games count toward wagering
• Bets on certain games may count at a percentage rate — see the promotions page for details
• If a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be cancelled

5.3 Cashback & VIP Benefits

60bd has four VIP tiers for regular players, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier progression depends on a player's activity and consistency. 60bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion — notice will be given before changes take effect.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. For bets placed in error due to a technical fault, 60bd will make a determination and that decision will be considered final.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Various markets are available in the cricket betting section, such as match winner, top run scorer, and top wicket taker. The following applies:

• If a match is abandoned or suspended for any reason, related bets may be voided
• No payouts will be made before the official result is announced
• Betting is available for IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments
• 60bd reserves the right to investigate unusual betting patterns and, where necessary, withhold payouts

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are entirely random and previous results have no effect on future results.

If a technical disruption occurs during a game, 60bd will decide at its own discretion — bets from incomplete rounds may be refunded or the game may resume from the last valid state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 60bd platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in order to claim bonus benefits
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in promotions or colluding with others to do so
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean funds from illegal sources
• Manipulation: Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools to influence game outcomes
• Fraud: Conducting transactions using false identities, stolen payment details, or by deceptive means
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on cricket or any other sport with prior knowledge of a predetermined result
• Threats: Threatening or harassing other users or 60bd staff

If 60bd identifies any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified where applicable.

• Delays caused by third-party services (mobile banking providers)
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, war, etc.
• Negligent disclosure of your account information
